Compatibility and Connectivity
This gateway works seamlessly with all Zowill smart locks controlled via the DD Lock App. There are no limits to the number of door locks you can connect to a single gateway.
Coverage and Placement
Ensure your 2.4G Wifi network is active for pairing. Place the gateway no more than 32 ft (10 meters) from the smart door lock for optimal connectivity. Both your smartphone and the gateway should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Remote Control
Once paired with the DD Lock App, you can unlock doors remotely from anywhere. Share, modify, and delete e-keys easily. Receive real-time updates on door status, battery life, and unlock activity logs.
Multi-Functionality
The gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, providing voice control for your smart door locks. Connect multiple smart door locks without any restrictions (Alexa not included).
